Prep Time:

15 minutes

2 servings

    1 lb ground beef
    2 tsp seasoning salt
    2 slices Cheddar
    2 buns
1 Tbsp. your favorite spicy BBQ sauce
    Lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles (optional)

Heat a cast-iron skillet or flat top griddle to 350 degrees F.

Mix crushed pork rinds with ground beef and form 2 large patties. Sprinkle patties with seasoning salt on each side. Place in the skillet and cook for 2 minutes, and then flip over and continue to cook for 1 1/2 more minutes. Place the cheese slices on the patties and allow to melt as the patties finishing cooking.

Toast the bun if desired. Then add 1/2 tablespoon spicy BBQ sauce to each half. Top with more crushed pork rinds and serve.
