Pork Rind Recipe
Pork Rind Stir Fry
Prep Time:10 minutes
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
1 cup whole snap peas
1/2 cup blanched broccoli
1/3 cup thinly sliced carrots
1 cup thinly sliced cabbage
1 1/4 cups sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup cut and blanched green beans
2 cups crushed Southern Recipe Pork Rind
1 cup cooked noodles or rice
3 ounces cooked shrimp, chicken, or steak
1 cup soy sauce
Heat a large, heavy skillet or wok over medium-high heat, then add 1 tablespoon canola or peanut oil. Add vegetables, and stir-fry 1 minute.
Add cooked noodles or rice and stir-fry 1 minute. Add cooked meat of your choice and stir-fry 1 minute. Add soy sauce and stir-fry 1 minute. Add pork rinds and stir-fry 1 minute.
