Pork Rind Recipe
Pork pork burger with pork
Prep Time:30 minutes
1 lb ground beef
1 onion, sliced
6 slices cooked bacon
Place sliced onion and bratwurst in beer and simmer till brats are cooked through. Set aside.
Combine ground beef 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper ground pork rinds. Mix well then form into 3 patties.
Grill burgers to desired doneness. Slice bratwurst in half and place on top of burger patty, top this with beer cooked onions, cooked bacon and Pilsner mustard. Serve on pretzel roll.
