You don't have to go south of the border to get the exciting flavors of Mexico!
Ingredients
- Air Fried Mexican Potatoes
• 2 Tbsp. Southern Recipe pork rinds, crushed
• 1 Lb. Potatoes, quartered
• 1 Tbsp. Olive oil
• 1/2 tsp. Chili powder
• 1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp. Oregano
• 1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
• 1/2 Lime, juiced
• Salt, to taste
Preparation
1. In a large bowl, toss all of the ingredients together until the spices are evenly distributed over the potatoes.
2. Add the potato mixture into an air fryer and cook for 15-20 minutes at 400 °F, or until the potatoes are crispy and fully cooked.
3. Enjoy!
