Ingredients
- Taco Pork Rind Salad:
• 1 cup Southern Recipe Pork Rinds, crumbled in pieces
• 1/2 head Lettuce, chopped
• 6 Cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
• 1/4 cup Black olives, sliced
• 1/4 cup Corn
• 1 Avocado, diced
• 1/4 cup Cheddar cheese
• 1/4 lb. Ground chuck, cooked
• 1 cup Salsa
• Sour cream for garnish
Preparation
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Serve and top with crumbled pork rinds and sour cream.
